Hiya! I'm Toluwa and I'm a mat and reformer Pilates instructor. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for the last 11 years and in 2023 I decided to take the next step and trained to become a Pilates instructor. Whilst working in healthcare, I always encouraged my patients to approach health in a holistic way, advising them to incorporate fitness as a key element in their healthy lives. Now as a Pilates instructor, I aim to connect with my clients to enable them to be their best self, building their confidence as we work on their fitness together. I believe Pilates is the perfect workout to make anyone feel strong and long and I love to guide and inspire others on their path to wellness.
